Job Overview

As a Social Media and Lead Generation Support, you will manage tasks like inbox and calendar management, CRM oversight, data entry, social media campaigns, content creation, email marketing, web updates, graphic design, and customer service. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is essential, along with a proven track record in driving lead generation and sales through targeted marketing campaigns. You’ll excel at engaging potential leads on social media, providing prompt and effective communication.

Spice Up Your Day: Serve Up Key Duties that Matter

Administrative:

  • Manage inbox and calendars
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Handle standard business correspondence
  • Perform transcription and data entry tasks
  • Oversee CRM system management

Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Manage and respond to potential leads through social media channels.
  • Write content for articles, websites, social media posts, and emails.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns (EDM/VDM).
  • Prepare reports and analyze marketing performance.

Web Support & Maintenance:

  • Update website images, content, and links

Graphic Design:

  • Create marketing collaterals (update existing artwork), posters, and social media creatives

Video Editing:

  • Perform simple video editing for social media reels

Customer Service:

  • Provide live chat support and respond to customer inquiries
  • Answer questions about the Academy's products or services
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the onsite team
  • Deliver information about the Academy’s offerings
  • Provide proactive customer outreach
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Respond to customer reviews

Requirements

The Perfect Mix: Skills and Traits to Make Your Mark

  • Clear, precise, proactive, and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM, with a proven track record of driving lead generation and sales through targeted marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in engaging with potential leads on social media and providing prompt and effective communication
  • Able to organize and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Capable of multitasking across various programs and learning new ones as needed
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to comprehend complex tasks
  • Able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build working relationships
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teamwork
  • Internet and web savvy
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Premiere) is a plus
