Position: Administrative Assistant (Full-time)
Salary: 1,250-1,600 USD (depends on skills and prior experience)
Working Hours: Flexible with 2-3 hours overlap with PST or EST

About the Company:
We are a holding company for e-commerce brands focused on the health, beauty, and apparel industries. Our passion is founding and growing consumer packaged brands and developing high-performance marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering potential leads and meticulously organizing them into detailed spreadsheets and our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Coordinating the distribution of mass mail merges and faxes, and effectively managing all ensuing correspondence.
- Handling the seamless processing of orders within the Shopify platform, and meticulously inputting all pertinent information into our CRM.
- Contact (i.e., calling) healthcare professionals, sponsored non-profits and brand affiliates. Good phone skills would be helpful.
- Opportunity for assisting in social media and email marketing, and research and writing technical papers related to the health benefits of products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an E-commerce setting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs and Sheets, OnePageCRM, Shopify and social media platforms (i.e., Instagram and X).
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Long-term commitment is preferred, with a focus on growing within the company.
