Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
- Responsible for time attendance and leave management
- Responsible to all training matters and follow to training program by global policies, includes IRDC
- Facilitate orientation for all new hires
- Assist on HR task like Newsletter articles and look up information board.
- Assist company engagement events – Wellness program, thanksgiving, CSR.
- Support other start up duties from HR/Admin function.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Arts & Social Services or equivalent
