As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our managers and employees, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Additionally, you will assist in basic recruiting procedures, such as screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
Responsibilities:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Knowledge of basic recruitment processes and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or HR are a plus
