Nailing It: Key Tasks to Keep the Project on Track

Technical and Sales Support

  • Assist in the sales process by identifying client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits.

Document Preparation and Management

  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other required documents.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for electronic and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

Quote and Contract Creation

  • Prepare detailed quotes and contracts for clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to finalize and promptly deliver quotes and contracts.

Data Entry and Database Management

  • Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure information integrity and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the IT industry, with a successful transition into sales roles.
  • Experience in a remote or virtual setting is highly preferred, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks and communicate effectively in a digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, enabling effective client and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance while maintaining an organized workflow.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and professional emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information and ideas to diverse audiences effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
