You are a perfect fit for theΒ positionΒ if you:

  • Are a college graduate with a background in the Airline Customer Experience (CX) industry
  • Open to high school graduates (old curriculum) or senior high school graduates (K12)
  • Have at least six (6) months of background in the Airline Customer Experience (CX) industry
  • GDS tool knowledge and experience is an advantage
  • Have good English communication skills
  • Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Have superb computer skills
  • Are willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Amenable to work Onsite
