Position: Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics that need to be tracked, and develop dashboards that visualize trends and patterns in the data. Your expertise will not only help us understand our current performance but will also guide our strategy for future growth. You will leverage statistical methods and tools to uncover correlations and develop predictive models that can enhance our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to guide business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analyses to evaluate performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and testing.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
