Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Segment email lists based on consumer behavior and preferences.
• Write persuasive and engaging copy for various email formats, including newsletters and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data, such as open rates and click-through rates, to optimize future efforts.
• Manage email automation and workflows to ensure timely and relevant communication with subscribers.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective email layouts.
• Stay current with email marketing best practices and industry trends, testing new strategies for improved results.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing and familiarity with email marketing software such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on persuasive marketing copy.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions about campaign strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Experience in A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns for engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
