About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce by overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This role is pivotal in connecting talented individuals to their ideal positions within our organization. You will utilize innovative sourcing techniques, participate in assessing candidates, and facilitate interviews. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies and platforms to identify potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments through behavioral interviews and skills testing to ensure a strong fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders and management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, ensuring the organization remains competitive in its talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter with a successful track record in talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- High level of organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
