Position: Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team, where innovation and creativity meet. In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining the direction of our web applications, bridging the gap between front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire web development process, from understanding user requirements to designing and implementing scalable code. Working collaboratively with designers, developers, and product managers, you will contribute to a variety of projects that impact the experience of our users. You will be responsible for translating UI/UX wireframes into functional web applications, ensuring high performance on both mobile and desktop platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic while ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues and implement improvements.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in software development.
• Strong proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience in back-end technologies, including Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
• Familiarity with databases, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
