About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO/SEM Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies, with a proven track record of driving traffic and improving rankings through both organic and paid search channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data trends, develop actionable insights, and execute campaigns that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and maximize return on investment. Your expertise in keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking will be pivotal for guiding our digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Manage paid search campaigns including keyword research, ad copy development, and bid management.
• Monitor and analyze SEO and SEM performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on findings.
• Conduct regular audits of on-site and off-site SEO factors and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into new and existing content.
• Research and analyze competitors’ strategies, utilizing insights to enhance our own marketing efforts.
• Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continued success.

• Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Manager or similar role in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with web development and coding (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
