We are now looking for Assistant Brand Manager who will be responsible for creating the marketing plan and execution of brand strategies.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Advertising and Promotions: Ability to identify and assess brand communication (i.e. brand usage, awareness, and image, etc) and formulate objectives and strategies for the assigned brand.
  • Market Knowledge: Ability to interpret, sift through and evaluate market, consumer, industry, and economic information to come up with relevant inputs for the development of marketing strategies, to gather and analyze market, consumer research and trade data and identify issues, draw insights, and recommend action plans in the formulation of the appropriate marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Project Management: Ability to organize and manage resources in such a way that these resources deliver the required project output within a defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Financial Planning: Ability to analyze the relationship of the different components of the P&L. Has working knowledge of the effect of external and internal factors (ex. price, demand, supply etc) and interpret their impact to forecast.
  • Pricing: Ability to draw insights and possible pricing scenarios based on full understanding of the pricing structure and market dynamics (ex. consumer price sensitivity analysis) and gives sound recommendation.
  • Sales and Distribution: Ability to conceptualize specific activities suited to address the gaps/opportunities in distribution (availability and visibility).          
  • Provide day-to-day management and optimization of customer relationship management system.

    Basic Qualifications:

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years relevant experience in brand management, preferably from FMCG or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with analytics and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Project management experience.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Self-starter.
  • Proven ability to work across internal functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Exposure to functional systems across the business
