- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) and standard office software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of front office procedures, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing processes.
- Ability to handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
