  • Manage a team of travel counselors  
  • Implement customer engagement and strategic relationship management with key skills on communication effectiveness
  • Manage multiple projects driven by customers and Organization
  • Collaborate with Internal and External cross functional/ team
  • Responsible for problem solving , designing solutions for ambiguous situations 


 



Responsibilities
  • Evaluates current processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies.
  • Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions
  • Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives
  • Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities
  • Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements
  • Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent
  • Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects
  • Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms
