Assistant Manager/Manager - Logistics & Industrial, Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members in executing land and industrial property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and investment advisory services.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the land and industrial sectors.
• Prepare detailed financial models, valuations, and investment memoranda for potential transactions.
• Assist in the development of pitch materials, offering memoranda, and other client-facing documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Research, Leasing, Property Management) to gather relevant information for deal execution.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing market insights and transaction support.
• Manage due diligence processes, including coordinating with third-party consultants and internal teams.
• Monitor and report on transaction progress, ensuring timely execution and closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
• Stay updated on market conditions, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
• 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on land and industrial sectors.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies and investment analysis. Understanding of local and regional land and industrial markets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Real estate license and /or professional designations (e.g., CCIM, SIOR) are a plus.
