The Role\: Assistant Operations Manager
What will you do?
· Manage a team of technical support representatives supporting North American operations.
· Provide leadership to achieve strategic Customer Care Excellence objectives regarding customer satisfaction and revenue generation activities.
· Implement global processes, policies, guidelines, and tools to improve efficiency in customer care operations.
· Responsible for planning, recruitment, work environment, and reporting.
· Serves as a change agent during implementations.
· Ensures coaching activities for Customer Care Center are happening at an appropriate frequency.
· Conduct regular performance and individual development planning and coaching.
· Conduct annual performance reviews in coordination with functional managers.
· Conduct SIM meetings to manage the operational workload of the team.
· Conduct RCA and recommend/execute action plans to improve processes and performance.
· Manage stakeholders and work with functional managers on the processes handled.
· Manage customer escalations.
· Perform managerial functions related to payroll and HR processes.
