Are you interested to join Grundfos as an Assistant Payroll Specialist? In this role, you will provide an organized and focused support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payroll related processes and reporting for multiple countries globally.
What is the Job all about?
This role will ensure timely delivery of payroll related processes, i.e. monthly/weekly/bi-weekly in-house payroll processing within the payroll vendor’s system. This role will also perform validation of payroll input versus payroll output files in order to minimize errors in the payroll calculation. This role will also ensure a timely delivery of post-payroll reports.
This role will be part of the Payroll Operations Center department and will report directly to the HR Manager – Payroll Operations Center. The role will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.
