Assistant Product Manager (Innovations)

Role Overview:

• Manages specific new product development projects across all stages of development.


• Leads application of consumer behavior and science knowledge to innovation planning process and actions that will drive competitive advantage for their innovation portfolio.


• Develops portfolio architecture, new space identification and solution ideas.


• Develops and contributes to the development of a BOS/PCS and NPD launch plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing/brand management, innovations/new product development (NPD), and business development; preferably from a major consumer pharmaceutical or FMCG company


• Adept in project management 


• Must be analytical, innovative and strategic in thinking


• Willing to learn and study product science 


• Willing and able to work within a structured process, but able to understand when to bend/break/adapt the process when necessary
