YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Major Tasks

1. Processes SSF requests from Accounting Platforms, with quality and within SLA (48 hours), as to the following:

1.a Cost center creation and master data maintenance

1.b Internal order and WBS creation and master data maintenance

1.c CCA, COPA and PCA cycle maintenance

1.d Correction via cycle run, COPA Korr or 9KE0 postings

1.e Services

1.f Asset Sale

1.g Reimbursements

1.h Transitory Items

1.i Material master data settings and maintenance

1.j Standard price and cost estimates

1.k Efficient system for distribution and corresponding quality checks

2. Monitors the closing activities of legal entities being handled (execution of steps and resolving closing issues) including performance of closing pre-checks.

3. Provides data for the monthly / quarterly Report Back Alignment Reports

4. Attends the GPG CA Jour Fixe calls, Reportback Alignment calls and CA Department quarterly meetings.

5. Delivers reports on time (e.g. Ticket/Workflow status Report, Closing Feedback)

6. Supports the following roll-out during project phase until go-live. - Cost Accounting Directive - Annually for Sales Contracts/Sales Documents/recurring billings set up - Material Ledger implementation thru system implementation of master data and cycles set-up according to the CAD.

7. Performs resolution of findings to AccP on monthly BW (Business Warehouse) via system implementation.

8. Complies with Bayer policies and procedures and supports company initiatives

9. Performs other duties as required by the immediate manager from time to time Position: Skills,... • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, FinancialAccounting, Management Accounting, or similar • 2 - 3 year of experience in any of the following: o Management Reporting / Financial Data Handling (including customer perspective) o Controlling Data Analysis & Financial Master data Management o Cost Accounting processes (Value Flow and/or Product Accounting & Inventory Valuation) o Other accounting related processes • Important Competencies: Instills Trust, Drives Results, Customer Focus, Collaborates, and Self-Development
