Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team in exceeding revenue targets and modeling sales best practices.
• Manage, coach, and motivate Inside Sales Representatives through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Set clear KPIs and create personalized development paths for team career progression.
• Ensure effective pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
• Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years in B2B sales and 5 years in team leadership.
• Strong background in outbound prospecting and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills in English to support the US market.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on both results and people development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
