Responsibilities:
Payor Missing Claims
- Inputting patient's relevant information in EHR (Electronic Health Record) with cross reference to the Admission Record that agent accessing through PPC (Point Click Care) system.
- Inputting insurance/Medicaid and check eligibility if still active or not.
Posting Payments
- Processing paid checks and zero paid checks
Customer Service
- Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
- Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements - At least 1 Year experience as a SME, Trainer, or TL
- Experience in Handling a healthcare campaign is a PLUS
- Experience in Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management is an advantage
- Good to Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
