Branch Recruitment Officer

Location: Binondo, Manila

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: PHP 30,000 - PHP 35,000

About the Role:
We are looking for an Agency Recruitment and Activation Officer to build and manage a strong network of agents representing our organization. You will identify, recruit, and onboard motivated agents, ensuring they are aligned with our mission and values. By effectively sourcing, screening, and activating agents, you will contribute directly to the growth and success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit & Source Agents: Identify talent pools, run campaigns, attend job fairs, and attract high-performing candidates.
• Screen & Select: Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
• Activate & Onboard: Provide training, resources, and support to ensure agents succeed.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong agent relationships, provide coaching, and foster loyalty.
• Performance Monitoring: Track agent performance, provide feedback, and recognize achievements.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain records and ensure adherence to recruitment regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or similar roles (insurance, real estate, or financial services preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and a strong team player.
