Duties and Responsibilities
-Responsible for driving business growth through the identification, evaluation, and development of new sites and expansion opportunities.
-Conducts market research and competitor analysis to identify potential locations and business opportunities.
-Leads site acquisition and lease negotiations, develops relationships with property owners and business partners, and coordinates the feasibility and establishment of new sites.
-Prepares business proposals and presentations, monitors expansion projects, and provides recommendations to management to support strategic network growth.

Qualifications
-Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field; a Master’s Degree is an advantage.
-Knowledgeable in business development strategies.
-Experienced in market research, competitor analysis, site acquisition, and lease negotiations.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and business analytics tools.
-Healthcare industry or operations experience is preferred but not required.
