Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining referral relationships and supporting the ongoing review of the Firm’s strategic plan. Legal Duties That Make the Case for You!

• Assist in developing and maintaining referral relationships
  
• Assist in preparing and reviewing the Firm’s strategic plan
  
• Conduct market opportunity analysis and identify potential market opportunities
  
• Prepare and implement strategies and plans based on identified market opportunities
  
• Assist in developing and implementing internal processes to improve Firm operations, including:
  
• Firm precedents and client fact sheets
  
• Internal policies and procedures
  
• Models to improve customer retention and satisfaction
  
• Models to enhance counsel and court experience
  
• Assist with staff development, including staff satisfaction, retention, and training
  
• Assist in developing strategies and content for marketing and social media
  
• Assist with organizing and managing Firm events, including:
  
• Firm functions (Sydney, Canberra, and Perth Annual Parties, Perth Launch Party)
  
• Staff retreats, partner trips, conferences, and training clinics
