Business Development Head - Real Estate Company, Metro Manila, Philippines
One of the emerging real estate groups in the country is looking for a Business Development Head to join its expanding team. The successful candidate, directly reporting to the President, will be responsible in exploring, development and expansion of new business opportunities for the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relative discipline
Eight (8) years of experience in business development in a senior management role preferably in real estate
Strong business and financial acumen
Up to date about the trends in the local and international real estate scene
Possesses the ability and leadership to build and lead a team
Excellent communications skills
Willingness to be based in Quezon City
