Prospect and identify potential clients within the tech industry through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of potential clients, positioning our agency's services as solutions to their marketing needs.
Initiate and manage communication with prospects, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies, messaging, and outreach tactics.
Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our agency's services and differentiate us in the market.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and pipeline contribution.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a marketing agency or tech industry environment.
Proven track record of success in outbound sales prospecting and lead generation.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
