Your role: Become part of our global master data management organization (MDM) in a newly established team that deals with master data topics across our domains in scope (Supplier, Customer, Material and Finance)! You will be an integral part of a motivated, goal-oriented and global team that spans the Philippines, Colombia and Germany - offering a truly exciting work environment. We are on the lookout for a proactive team member who blends robust project management skills with strong technical background to tackle future challenges in our ever-evolving landscape. Your curiosity for business processes and expertise in SAP ERP systems, especially SAP MDG, will set you apart. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills are essential to effectively engage with our internal stakeholders. • … further drive and develop topics around data Data Quality Management in close collaboration with various stakeholder


• … assess and respond to future requirements, especially in sustainability or other emerging innovative areas


• … use your analytical skills to solve complex challenges to improve processes for cross-domain topics within the global MDM team


• … consult and coordinate with IT and business partners worldwide, prioritizing the needs of our customers


• ... lead internal MDM projects, setting the direction and pace for innovation and efficiency

Who you are:

• Possess a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Management or related field


• Demonstrated project management experience


• Showcase strong technical skills and a genuine interest in proactively driving new AI-related topics


• Demonstrate interest in data management, including data modeling, querying, databases, etc.


• Familiarity with master data processes and SAP ERP systems (understanding of architecture and large process landscapes)


• Skilled in managing project lifecycles, from strategic planning to design and implementation


• Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity for effective global collaboration


• Command excellent written and spoken English skills
