As a Campaign Manager, you’ll manage and optimize online display, video, and audio campaigns across platforms like the iHeart network. This role involves campaign setup, reporting, client recommendations, and collaboration with multiple teams, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll assist with day-to-day operations, learn from various team members, and gain valuable insight into the digital marketing industry.

• Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of social and programmatic ad campaigns
  
• Support mid-campaign and post-campaign reporting, along with other client services
  
• Develop and execute operations processes to ensure successful campaign delivery
  
• Provide targeting, budgetary, and other campaign recommendations to clients
  
• Participate in weekly training, team meetings, and quarterly company-wide events
  
• Collaborate and shadow team members to gain a 360-degree perspective of the company
  

Requirements

Skills to Make Every Campaign Count

• Previous experience in Ad Operations or a related field preferred, but not required
  
• Familiarity with the online/digital/internet space
  
• Direct experience in online advertising preferred
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  
• Strong customer service skills
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  
• Skill in managing issues and building positive relationships
