As the essential bridge between candidates and teams, you’ll conduct phone screenings, provide customer service, and keep our talent database up-to-date. You’ll also maintain a talent pool to meet operational demands, helping our teams stay primed for success.

Sourcing:

• Source candidates through databases, SEEK, social media networks, headhunting, and referrals.
  
• Review and respond promptly to online applications.
  
• Conduct phone interviews and screen candidates for suitability based on branch requirements.
  
• Shortlist CVs to align with job requirements, ensuring high quality and alignment with client requests.
  
• Complete thorough assessments of candidate suitability, following the recruitment process, which includes completing documents accurately, conducting reference checks, performing inductions, and verifying fitness for work and work rights.
  

Customer Service:

• Provide timely responses to correspondence.
  
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
  
• Approach challenges proactively with solution-focused thinking.
  

Talent Pool:

• Build and manage a talent pool to meet operational requirements.
  
• Search in-house databases, create hot lists, and keep high-quality declined candidates warm for potential future opportunities.
  
• Ensure candidate pipelines are ready for branch consideration.
  

Database Administration:

• Update candidate records in the Bullhorn database.
  
• Document detailed phone screen notes and other interaction records.
  
• Shortlist CVs to meet branch requirements, ensuring quality and relevance.
  
• Review, shortlist, and action candidate applications efficiently.
  
• Enter data and update candidate compliance records as required..
  

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Source the Best and Be the Best

• 1-3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience in asphalt/civil industries or similar (Philippine or Australian market)
  
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in any course
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, SEEK, and Bullhorn
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Confident in verbal and written communication
