CASE MANAGER

ROLE OVERVIEW 

 

We are looking for a Case Manager to be part of our team. 

  • He/She assists individuals to apply for Social Security Benefits (SSD) and assist them to secure benefits through the appeals & hearing processes.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

He/She shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: 

  • Completes online applications and appeals with clients in office or over the phone.
  • Follows up with clients to review the status of their application and answer any pertinent questions and documents details of case management duties using task management system.
  • Manage case load of cases professionally and proficiently.
  • Prepares Appeal / Pre-Hearing briefs and coordinates Attorney coverage for scheduled hearings.
  • Update client information in CRM.
  • Contact clients using inbound & outbound calls, email correspondence, letters, SMS messaging, etc.
  • Input data from client intake into forms for client review.
  • Comply with company Best Practice Standards to ensure quality and consistency of work product.
  • Diplomatically resolve any customer service issues with current clients.
  • Perform case management services to follow up weekly / monthly with prospective clients to ensure conversion.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Required: At least one (1) year experience with Social Security Disability Insurance.
  • Preferred: Experience in legal or medical case management and sales.
  • Must be proficient with technology, including MS Office applications and internet browsing.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and strong written business English skills.
  • Must be open to working night shifts.
  • Willing to work at Rockwell Business Center, Pasig City.
