Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor

Salary Range: Up to Php 85,000 per month, based on experience

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET

Locations: Open to PH candidates

Role Overview:

As the Chief of Staff - Recruitment at Pearl Talent, you will play a pivotal role in cross-functional coordination and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive and eager to make an impact by driving growth and supporting our Client Success Team. You will manage resources, oversee operational systems, and enhance client communication, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of our mission.

Your Impact:

Your efforts will directly contribute to streamlining operations, improving client satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships between our teams and clients. You will help ensure that our internal processes are efficient and effective, enabling Pearl Talent to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and project handoffs.
    • Facilitate collaboration among teams to drive project success.
  2. Data Gathering and Upkeep
    • Regularly update and maintain dashboards, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Identify and rectify discrepancies in data across different platforms.
  3. Process and Systems Maintenance
    • Oversee the functionality and accuracy of operational systems to support daily workflows.
    • Ensure templates, automations, and workflows are followed correctly.
  4. Resource Management
    • Efficiently allocate resources, ensuring teams have the necessary tools to meet their objectives.
    • Review and assess the effectiveness of current tools.
  5. Risk Management and Problem Solving
    • Proactively assess risks, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.
    • Address issues that arise during candidate placements and communication.
  6. Client Communication and Account Management Support
    • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on placed candidates.
    • Collaborate with the account management team to identify opportunities for growth.



Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Experience in operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in client communication or account management.
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Business Development or Business Strategy
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Click Up, Hubspot, etc
  • Experience in recruitment processes or sales strategy.
