Our client is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their leadership team. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in data governance and architecture, a proven track record in cloud transformation and cost optimization initiatives, and a strong ability to navigate regulatory requirements while aligning IT strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and oversee the company's technology roadmap, aligning IT strategies with overarching business objectives.
    • Lead initiatives in cloud transformation, ensuring cost-effective and scalable solutions.
    • Champion digital innovation, enhancing legacy systems and driving modernization efforts.
  • Data Governance & Strategy:

    • Define and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks and architectures.
    • Lead data-driven decision-making processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and usability.
  • Cybersecurity Oversight:

    • Partner closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to maintain robust cybersecurity protocols.
    • Provide strategic input and hands-on involvement in mitigating cybersecurity risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • IT Infrastructure & Development:

    • Oversee IT infrastructure and software development projects, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and innovation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in data governance, cloud transformation, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Strong leadership experience in IT infrastructure and software development oversight.
  • Hands-on exposure to cybersecurity practices, preferably in collaboration with a dedicated CISO.
  • Demonstrated success in driving enterprise-level IT strategies, including digital innovation and legacy system transformation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and aligning IT solutions with compliance mandates.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical solutions and business goals effectively.
