What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Receptionist/Client Experience Coordinator.
- Previous working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices, ideally gained through previous frontline customer service roles.
- Proven ability to work a switchboard.
- Intermediate digital literacy (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft, digital platforms)
Nice to Have:
- Experience using CRM Software
- Experience in Construction industry.
- AU Client Experience
What will you do?
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and professional experience that leaves a positive first impression on all clients and potential clients upon contacting the company.
- Thoroughly evaluate client requests, requirements, questions, and inquiries to accurately comprehend their needs.
- Offer effective assistance to clients, addressing their queries to the best of your abilities.
- If direct assistance is not possible, promptly notify the client or prospect that their query will be directed to a qualified individual who can provide further assistance.
- Clearly and succinctly convey the client's needs to the appropriate team member in a timely manner, enabling a seamless continuation of the customer journey for the client prospect.
