CLINICAL INFORMATICS COORDINATOR

ROLE OVERVIEW 

We are looking for Clinical Informatics Coordinator to be part of our team. 

  • He/She is responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical informatics systems and projects.   
  • He/She will work with the company’s stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, IT professionals, and customers to ensure clinical staff can operate effectivelyThis includes working to ensure EMR access is created, MFA is established when needed, and clinicians are trained in each system and workflow 
  • He/She will be responsible for independently tracking and completing onboarding, project specific, or new customer tasks across a large customer base and clinical network.  
  • He/She is expected to support the clinical informatics team. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage clinical informatics projects including customer implementations, physician onboarding, new service offerings etc. from initiation to completion. Work within defined project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.  
  • Oversee the implementation of clinical systems, clinical decision support tools, telehealth platforms, and other informatics solutions. Ensure seamless integration, user training, EMR and other clinical system access requests, and change management for successful adoption. 
  • Utilize clinical data to drive evidence-based decision-making and improve patient outcomes.  
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop data reports, dashboards, and analytics, providing insights that enhance clinical processes and performance.  
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to clinical workflows.  
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between clinical, IT, and administrative teams. 
  • Act as a liaison to bridge the gap between clinical requirements and technical capabilities.  
  • Ensures appropriate utilization of project management tools and effective coordination of cross- functional project teams. Monitors the progress/performance of all related projects to ensure quality of product analytics services, timeliness of deliverables, and completion of targeted project expectations. Coordinate regular meetings and ensure that all team members are kept up to date of group goals, activities and policies. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent work experience. 
  • Experience in managing multiple deliverables timely.  
  • At least two years of experience training end users.  
  • At least two years of experience working with analytics, data collection, or project management experience .  
  • Proficient in MS Office 
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule and work onsite setup.  
  • Willing to work at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas (Near The Medical City Ortigas)
