As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will support and maintain steady-state operations, oversee daily services, and act as the escalation point for client matters, including services, troubleshooting, and cloud upgrades. As a trusted technology advisor, you’ll work across enterprises, delivering outstanding operational outcomes in team-based environments. Manage, support, and deliver the engineering of state-of-the-art technical solutions on Azure that meet customer requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

• Drive the deployment and support of large, complex cloud projects.
  
• Provide hands-on support for end-to-end planning, provisioning, and implementation of Azure infrastructure services, including security monitoring and management.
  
• Deploy Azure services as part of an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) project/environment, leveraging CI/CD tools and pipelines for comprehensive infrastructure build and management.
  
• Gather specifications and deliver solutions to clients based on their requirements.
  
• Collaborate with Architects, Consultants, and peers to jointly create functional design specifications and Azure reference architectures.
  
• Work within a squad to review and contribute to architecture and design deliverables and solution strategies.
  
• Contribute to the technical delivery and execution of multiple critical engagements, including cross-functional support for professional services, projects, and managed cloud operations as needed.
  
• Play a key role in building and optimizing Azure workloads, providing valuable contributions and ensuring a smooth transition to post-implementation support.
  
• Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices where relevant.
  
• Demonstrate professional expertise in working with business stakeholders, managing effective relationships, understanding issues, providing recommendations, and delivering suitable technical solutions.
  
• Support internal and external engineers to identify best-practice configurations of platforms and workloads aligned with Microsoft frameworks.
  
• Strictly adhere to all Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures.
