Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer service and collections calls for UK-based financial accounts.
Assist customers with account concerns, payment arrangements, billing inquiries, and financial solutions.
Manage collections processes while maintaining compliance with UK banking and financial regulations.
Investigate and resolve issues related to:
Banking services
Credit card collections
Fraud-related concerns
Underwriting
Payouts and loan servicing
Provide excellent customer support while achieving collection and performance targets.
Accurately document customer interactions and account updates in the system.
Qualifications
"MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
At least 1 year of collections for UK clients is a must in any industry.
Good negotiation skills along with proper and assertive communication
Understanding of collections domain and comfortable in dealing with international customers"
At least HS old curriculum/SHS/2nd year completed up to college graduate
Not Eligible
Experience in the following domains will NOT be considered: Insurance
Payroll accounts
Up to 29,500 basic + 2400 allowance depending on experience with 40K Joining Bonus and *Complexity Bonus of 15K
