The faculty member will be responsible for handling NSTP (National Service Training Program) classes, ensuring that students receive quality instruction aligned with institutional goals and CHED guidelines. Responsibilities include:

Teaching & Instruction: Facilitate engaging and meaningful NSTP classes that promote civic consciousness, community involvement, and leadership among students.

Lesson Preparation: Develop and organize lesson plans, instructional strategies, and class activities tailored to the course objectives and student learning outcomes.

Instructional Materials Development: Prepare, update, and utilize class materials such as presentations, handouts, modules, and learning aids to support effective teaching and learning.

Assessment & Evaluation: Design, administer, and grade student assessments (exams, projects, reflections, and activities) in a fair and timely manner. Ensure that student performance is evaluated based on clear and transparent criteria.

Grade Management: Record, compute, and submit student grades accurately and on schedule, following academic policies and institutional requirements.

Student Engagement & Support: Provide academic guidance, feedback, and mentoring to students, fostering an environment of inclusivity, discipline, and respect.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that all academic requirements, reports, and documentation related to NSTP are submitted to the program head or department on time.
