JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Content Specialist is responsible for leading the creation and execution of compelling, high-quality content in the platforms. This role involves strategic content planning, development, and optimization to drive engagement and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with company objectives and target audience needs.
  • Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for content improvement and innovation.
2. Content Creation and Management:
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for various channels, including websites, blogs, push notification, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce content.
3. Project Management:
  • Manage content projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
4. Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Mentor junior content specialists and provide guidance on best practices and professional development.
  • Lead content brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to the team.
5. Research and Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats.
  • Conduct research to support content creation and provide insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, strategy, and management.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality content that drives engagement and achieves business goals.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
