Cook Helper

• Preparation and processing of products in accordance with Solaire kitchen recipes
• Run any section assigned by the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in-charge
  

Requirements

• Degree in Culinary Arts
  
• With at least 1 year of relevant experience as Cook / Cook Helper or equivalent in a high-end establishment
  
• Expertise in food product, presentation, quality and preparation
  
• High level of Customer Service; able to come up with last minute requests for VIP clients
  
• Strong attention to detail and time management
  
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, holidays and weekends if and when required
