Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Yacht Manager / Customer Service Associate to join our team. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment, possesses exceptional sales skills, and is driven to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for converting leads into yacht charter sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable yachting experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Conversion: Efficiently and effectively convert yacht charter sales leads provided by the company into closed deals.
2) Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing detailed information about our yacht charters and addressing any questions or concerns within 10 minutes of receiving an inquiry. Follow up on chats, calls, and emails daily. Cold call sales leads provided by the company.
3) Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a high conversion rate and exceptional client satisfaction.
4) Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
5) Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
6) Documentation: Ensure all necessary sales documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
7) Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor o erings, and market conditions to provide clients with the best possible advice and service.
8) Yacht Listings: Regularly update yacht charter rates, information, and images on our website and database. Edit existing yacht images and add new yacht listings to ensure our site remains current.
9) Any other ad-hoc tasks relevant to your areas of expertise and strengths.

Qualifications:
1) Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, tele-sales, or remote high-ticket closing, preferably within luxury goods, real estate, or high-end services. Experience in yacht sales is a plus, though not mandatory.
2) Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work independently and manage time e ectively in a remote work environment.
3) Languages: Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, as the majority of our clients communicate in these languages. Candidates must possess good written skills in both English and Chinese, as well as proficient conversational abilities in both languages to e ectively communicate with clients over the phone. If you are proficient in only one of the required languages, we still encourage you to apply.
4) Availability: Ability to promptly respond to client inquiries in 10 mins, including outside regular business hours, to meet the needs of our global clientele. Be contactable during your working hours and attend our daily meetings with your camera on to communicate e ectively with our team and/or clients.
5) Working Hours: 5 days’ work week. First week: Tuesday – Saturday. Second week: Sunday – Thursday. Third week: Tuesday – Saturday. Fourth Week: Sunday – Thursday.
