We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Angkas.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing problem resolution through various channels including phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, and chat.
- You will deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing exceptional service and solutions to grow customer relationships.
- Additionally, you will provide personalized customer service by understanding and responding to the unique needs of each customer.
RequirementsAt Angkas, we are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who possesses:
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of BPO or any customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English
- Good communication skills in Bisaya (preferred)
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule and amenable to work onsite 5x a week
- Amenable to start in a project based contract (seasonal accounts)
