Account specific roles and responsibilities

  • Updating information in the system regarding patient records
  • Rebilling medications accordingly
  • Sending emails to facilities to communicate medications for Prior-Authorization
  • Researching for patient's insurance or eligibility

Job Description 

  • Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). 
  • Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues 
  • Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. 


Requirements
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a healthcare campaign
  • Knowledge with Medicare and Medicaid is a PLUS
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
  • Amenable working night shift
