Role Overview:

We are seeking for a reliable and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team in this exciting account. You will handle customer inquiries, provide helpful and timely solutions, and ensure a great experience for our customers. If you enjoy helping others and delivering excellent service, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with their queries.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Utilize our knowledge base to find answers to product-specific questions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and demonstrate empathy in challenging situations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized under pressure.

Work Schedule & Setup:

• Must be amenable to work onsite near Ayala Business Park, Cebu City.
• Open to working flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
