Customer Service Representative (Sales & Cold Calling)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in customer service, sales closing, and cold calling to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with customers and prospects, comfortable handling sales conversations, and motivated to build strong customer relationships while achieving results.

📍 Work Setup: On-Site – Bacoor, Cavite

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
• Conduct cold calls to generate and qualify potential leads
• Handle sales conversations and convert qualified prospects into clients
• Follow up with leads and existing clients
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service and sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, cold calling, or a related role
• Experience in sales closing is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with prospects and customers
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• Willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite
• Applicants residing in Bacoor or nearby areas are preferred
