Customer Service: Where Your Career Takes Center Stage!

Employment Type: Full-time 
Schedule: 6 AM - 3 PM PH Time, or 7 AM - 4PM PH Time (til 8:00 PM NZ Time as the latest); Monday-Friday, with the possibility of Saturday work
Work Arrangement: Hybrid; Makati/Ortigas/Alabang (3x in office, 2x WFH; can be changed depending on performance)

The Service Playbook: Your Role in Customer Care Action

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers over the phone using a friendly and approachable demeanor to ensure a positive experience.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to a database of 170,000 previous finance applicants to prospect for new business and lending opportunities.
  • Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to active and previous loan applicants as directed by the General Manager.
  • Data Capture: Capture customer information accurately and obtain necessary details to facilitate loan application processing.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new loan application leads through outbound prospecting and enter them into our CRM system.
  • Inbound Support: Provide dedicated support to our 0800 number by handling inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Application Assistance: Assist with completing finance applications between lenders and customers when requested by our team.
  • Team Support: Support the wider team with customer relationship management, processing finance applications, and general workflow activities.
  • KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed KPIs set by the director, including generating 10-15 loan prospects daily from available databases.
  • Customer Nurturing: Follow up with previously settled customers to assess their needs and offer additional support as appropriate.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties related to finance application follow-ups and lead management as required.


Requirements

Skill Set for Success: The Right Mix for Service Excellence

  • Computer Proficiency: Demonstrate standard computer skills, including typing, email, and sales software.
  • Professional Communication: Exhibit excellent phone manner with a personable approach and strong customer service skills.
  • Problem Solving: Apply lateral thinking to resolve issues effectively.
  • Sales Experience: Prefer previous sales experience (retail, phone sales, etc.).
  • Call Centre Experience: Require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre or similar environment, preferably within an online setting.
