What you will do:
- Work with our account management team based in London to support our clients through the sales process
- Demonstrate our sign-up process to clients via video or phone call, answering key questions and helping troubleshoot any issues they may encounter
- Report any technical issues and provide feedback from clients on new features or products to our product team
- Update our customer databases
- Ensure excellent communication with our clients, sales teams, and our internal teams
- Identify opportunities to better support our clients through our product
You should apply if you:
- Have strong written and verbal English & Cantonese
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3+ years' experience in a Customer Success role
- Are willing to work on-site in our office in Makati, 5 days per week
- Have experience speaking with and supporting international users
- Are motivated to learn new concepts, try new processes, and contribute feedback on how we can improve
