Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

  • . Background Verifications:
    • Review background check results and identify any potential discrepancies or "hits."
    • Conduct thorough follow-ups with court systems and other databases to validate information.
    • Understand and navigate various court systems and databases effectively, adhering to their specific procedures.
    • Document findings accurately and update the client's system in a timely manner.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Customer Service Support:
    • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding background checks with professionalism and empathy.
    • Address concerns from individuals whose background checks have led to employment or housing denials.
    • Provide clear and concise explanations about the background verification process.
    • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to foster trust and satisfaction among clients and end-users.Review and verify session notes for accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist with scheduling tasks and manage related updates in a timely manner.
    • Perform various administrative duties as needed to support back-office functions.
    • Communicate effectively with therapists and other team members via email and phone to ensure clear and accurate information flow.


Requirements
  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Back-Office experience is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge with MS Excel
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong or Buendia, Makati
  • Amenable working night shift
