Customer Support Representative (Entry Level)

About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representative Entry Level to join our dedicated team at Highpoint Services Network Philippines Inc. Based in our office in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, this is a full-time role where you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Answering and responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing product and service information to customers and assisting with order processing
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
