Data Analyst US (IS)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or any relevant degree
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Data Analyst in the information technology sector 
• Must be proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables and advanced formulas)
• Experience with machine learning techniques
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Experience working in agile environments
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and in a night shift schedule

Responsibilities:

• Gather data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, APIs, or web scraping, to obtain relevant datasets for analysis
• Cleanse and preprocess the data, ensuring data quality and accuracy
• Create reports and dashboards that present data analysis results
• Verify the accuracy and reliability of data analysis results
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers & architects, and business users to understand data integration requirements and identify data sources
• Monitor and maintain existing ETL jobs to ensure data consistency
• Validate and verify the accuracy and completeness of integrated data
