Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with working hours overlapping Pacific Timezone.

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor

Salary Range: Up to $1,700 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM PT.

Locations: Remote, open to candidates worldwide, preferably within Pacific Timezone overlap.

Role Overview:

As a Debt Collection Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team of professionals while directly contributing to successful debt collection efforts. This role is ideal for someone with extensive B2B collection experience and a passion for leadership, eager to drive growth and operational success in a rapidly expanding fintech company.

Your Impact:

Your leadership will ensure the team meets its collection goals, maintaining a high collection rate within tight deadlines. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding the client base and enhancing operational efficiency, helping solidify the company’s position as a leader in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management

    • Oversee daily operations of the debt collection team.
    • Ensure team members meet task goals (calls, email replies).
    • Maintain an organized workflow and participate in hiring new agents.
    • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship.
    • Conduct regular team meetings.

    Debt Collection

      • Contact debtors via phone and email to follow up on outstanding debts.
      • Inquire about email notifications and ensure they are understood.
      • Assist debtors in resolving debts by offering payment options and negotiating terms.
      • Address and resolve disputes related to debt collection.



      Requirements

      Must-Have:

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B collection and team management.
      • Proficiency in debt collection software and CRM systems.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
      • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
